Papa Burger began with a simple idea: a good burger, at a price everyone can afford, open at any hour. That is still what we do every day.
How It Started
Papa Burger started the way most food businesses in this country start: one small unit, a griddle, and a price low enough that anyone walking past could say yes.
What turned it into a brand was not the burger alone. It was staying open. Breakfast, merienda, dinner, and the hours after that when almost everything else has closed and people are still hungry.
Franchising followed because more people asked to open one than we could open ourselves. Today the network runs across Luzon, supplied from our own commissary, and it is still growing.
